Reduced tickets are available (Act on museums of November 21, 1996): pupils, students and people pursuing doctoral studies, students of teacher training institutions and colleges, social service workers, guardians of school and kindergarten groups, teachers and educators, disabled people and their guardians , retirees and pensioners, people over 65 years of age, veterans, awarded honorary titles/badges: "For the care of monuments", "Distinguished cultural activist", "Merit for Polish Culture" and "Merit for National Culture".
Natural persons awarded the Order of the White Eagle, the Virtuti Militari Military Order, the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland, the Gloria Artis Medal for Merit to Culture are exempt from paying admission fees to the Museum; employees of museums entered in the State Register of Museums, members of ICOM and ICOMOS; holders of the Pole's Card referred to in the Act of September 7, 2007; children up to 7 years old, veterans and injured veterans, and visual artists associated with the Association of Polish Visual Artists.

- NOTE: It is not possible to access the parking lot from the main lane of the Wybrzeże Gdyńskie road.
- Entry to the parking lots is only possible from the side lane from the Wybrzeże Gdyńskie road towards the Center. You should exit Wybrzeże Gdyńskie/ Wisłostrada road before the intersection with ul. Krasińskiego.
- The entrance road to the parking lot is located directly behind the Fosa i Stoki park.
- From ul. Krasińskiego: choose the right lane, direction Śródmieście/ Mokotów/ Ursynów.
Access via Wisłostrada from ul. Krasińskiego and from the E67 route - towards the Center.

From 2 October to 11 November 2023, admission fee for the temporary exhibition is PLN 1. Free admission for children up to 7 years of age.

It is located on level 0. You can visit the exhibition on your own or with a guide. Until November 10, 2023, admission costs PLN 1.
